Kaitlyn Bristowe, host of the podcast Off the Vine, revealed she had breast augmentation surgery in a humorous Instagram video on May 1. The 39-year-old held up images labeled “left breast” and “right breast,” mimicking a pregnancy ultrasound while FaceTiming loved ones. “Telling friends and family I’m having twins,” she captioned the post, adding, “Don’t worry IBTC [Small Breasts Committee], I may not be the CEO anymore but I’m definitely still part of the club.”
The comments section was full of support and laughter. Comedian and Love Island USA host Ariel Vandenberg wrote, “Wait, you called me about your boobs? I thought you were actually having twins.” Bristowe replied, calling her “the Meryl Streep of our generation.”
Back in December 2024, Bristowe addressed criticism of her appearance and her cosmetic choices, writing, “Believe it or not, I am better on the inside… I suggest you work on the inside first and then judge the outside.” She accompanied a transformation video with Danny Gonzalez and Drew Gooden’s song “We Are Not the Same,” showing a photo from her 2015 Bachelor debut and a post-surgery image. Fans praised her openness: “A woman is most beautiful when she feels beautiful.”
Over the years, Bristowe has shared her aesthetic journey, confirming procedures including a brow lift, microblading, lip fillers, dental bonding, and a blepharoplasty. Responding to ongoing scrutiny, she said, “I’m tired of women making comments about my face. OMG.”
With her characteristic humor and honesty, Bristowe’s “twin” reveal was yet another example of her owning her choices and encouraging others to feel empowered in theirs.
