Facial plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Kopelman explained to Nikki Swift that even “subtle changes in shape or proportion” can dramatically alter someone’s face. He said:
“The nose is in the center of the face, so even minor adjustments—like narrowing the bridge, smoothing a bump, or raising the tip—can shift your facial balance. Suddenly the eyes appear larger, the jawline more defined, and the cheeks more proportionate.”
Kopelman believes that Loomer’s rhinoplasty and lip fillers account for most of her transformation. He noted there could also have been “other non‐surgical interventions,” such as injectables, though there is no evidence of a facelift or chin surgery.

Beyond surgery, Loomer’s significant weight loss further reshaped her appearance. Born in May 1993, she had often been noted for looking older than her years. In response to an X (formerly Twitter) user claiming extensive cosmetic surgery, Loomer stated:
“I had a nose job, lost about 70 pounds, which changes the shape of your face, and I dyed my hair black.”
Kopelman agreed that weight loss can produce a more defined jawline and smoother skin. He added:
“Good skin care, precise contouring, or even photo filters can contribute to the overall change.”
Loomer’s Perspective: No Regrets, More Confidence
Despite online mockery of her “new face,” Loomer has stood by her decision. In a recent tweet, she wrote:
“Since having my nose job 9 years ago, I feel more confident and it makes me feel better.”
She remains adamant that her only major procedure was rhinoplasty, combined with lip fillers and lifestyle changes.
