Influencer Sami Sheen, daughter of actor Charlie Sheen and actress Denise Richards, has publicly confirmed her breast augmentation surgery on Instagram. The announcement follows the trend of plastic surgery transparency led by celebrities like Kylie Jenner, who recently disclosed the details of her own procedure on TikTok.
In November 2023, Sami underwent breast augmentation using 350cc silicone implants, reportedly achieving a natural-looking C cup. The surgery came two months after she announced her intent to enhance her bust, despite opposition from her mother, Denise Richards.
Why Sami Chose a “Natural Look”
Sami explained her decision to go with medium-profile implants placed under the muscle, aiming for a soft and realistic shape. She flaunted the results in a blue bikini, offering fans a visual of her transformation.
However, Sami later revealed on her “Casual Chaos” podcast that she had initially considered a larger size but was convinced by her doctor to choose a smaller implant. She now feels some emotional regret about not going bigger but emphasized that she’s still happy with her new figure.

Sami’s desire for breast enhancement stretches back to childhood. She admitted to dreaming of having large breasts since she was 10, even stuffing her bra with socks to simulate her mother’s bust.
Denise Richards herself had breast implants at a young age and admitted during a joint interview with Bustle that she had lingering regrets. Denise plans to have her implants removed due to concerns about toxicity and surgical complications. She urged Sami to reconsider the procedure, reflecting on her own painful journey.

Sami has made headlines before—most notably when she joined OnlyFans at 18, a decision her mother initially supported. However, as Sami’s choices have grown bolder, Denise has shown more concern, especially about her daughter’s rapid body transformation.
Her father, Charlie Sheen, initially opposed Sami’s OnlyFans debut, citing the platform’s controversial reputation. Over time, though, Charlie changed his stance, crediting family unity and Sami’s resilience for helping shape her experience in a more positive light.
