On March 14, Kailyn Lowry, 33, celebrated her birthday with a tropical escape to the Turks and Caicos Islands. She posted a carousel on Instagram with the caption, “33 — What’s your dream destination?” In the first slide, Kailyn posed in a black bikini against a clear blue ocean. Later, she shared a TikTok video giggling as she waded in the shallow water, replying to a fan who asked, “Want to see your swimsuit body?”
Kailyn’s fiancé, Elijah Scott, joined her for the weekend trip. On March 15, she posted another bikini shot and a mirror selfie of the two, writing simply, “Weekend getaway.”
Recent Plastic Surgeries and Recovery
Kailyn’s beach-ready figure follows several procedures this winter:
Breast reduction on January 13. She shared recovery photos showing her in a post-surgery bra with essentials like a fluffy blanket, Miralax, and protein shakes.
Tummy tuck at the end of January. In a TikTok update five days post-op, she explained she was cutting back on pain meds to avoid addiction and feeling “really sick.” She also noted she had no butt implants or BBL, only bruising from the tummy tuck and moving her C-section scar.
She advised fans always to use laxatives (like Miralax) after surgery to ease discomfort.
Candid Thoughts on Body Image and Mental Health
Earlier this year, Kailyn opened up about her struggles with body dysmorphia and the lengths she once considered to be thin. In a January 6 Instagram Reel, she said she prays her children never feel so miserable about their bodies that they harm themselves.
“Minor surgeries like a nose job or a breast augmentation are OK,” she said, “but going through that just to be thin is a true mental illness.”
She warned followers: “Think twice before getting plastic surgery.”
Family Life
Kailyn is a mother of six. She shares sons Isaac (15) with Joe Rivera and Lincoln (11) with Javi Marroquin, and sons Lux (7) and Creed (4) with Chris Lopez. With Elijah Scott, she has son Rio (born November 2022) and twins Verse and Valley (born January 2024).
