Kylie Jenner recently revealed detailed information about her breast augmentation after a TikToker asked her for advice on reshaping breasts. The cosmetics entrepreneur responded directly in the comments section of a fan’s video.
Implant Details: “445cc, Medium Profile, Half Under the Muscle”
When the fan asked, “I just want to know how to keep them like that, respectfully,” Jenner provided precise specifications: “445cc, medium profile, half under the muscle!!!!” She also confirmed she uses silicone breast implants, and credited Dr. Garth Fisher as her surgeon. Fisher previously performed breast augmentation on Kylie’s half-sister, Kourtney Kardashian, and a facelift on their mother, Kris Jenner. Jenner ended her comment with: “Hope this helps haha.”
Previous Revelation and Regrets
Jenner first disclosed her breast augmentation on a 2023 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She said she had the procedure at age 19—before she had children—and now wishes she had waited. Reflecting on changes after giving birth to her daughter, Stormi, she explained that her breasts were still healing six months postpartum.
She told a friend on the show, “My breasts are beautiful, like natural breasts, gorgeous, perfect size, everything is perfect, and I wish, obviously, I had never had them in the first place.” Jenner has a son, Aire, and a daughter, Stormi, with her ex-husband Travis Scott.
