Olivia Attwood Admits She ‘tried To Look Like A Sex Doll’ After Plastic Surgery

by Alice

Olivia Attwood, the former Love Island star, has candidly shared the journey of her evolving appearance, admitting that during the peak of her cosmetic surgery career, she was driven by a desire to look like a “sex doll.” At 34, Attwood has undergone significant changes over the years, transitioning from various procedures like lip fillers and breast augmentations to opting for reduction surgery. Despite her past surgical choices, Olivia insists that her approach to cosmetic surgery has shifted, and she’s no longer seeking to “look younger” but rather focusing on self-expression and authenticity.

The “Sex Doll” Look

In an open interview with comedian Katherine Ryan on the What’s My Age Again? podcast, Attwood shared her perspective on plastic surgery. She revealed that, rather than trying to look younger, she was primarily aiming to achieve an exaggerated, doll-like appearance. “I wasn’t trying to look younger. I was just trying to look like a sex doll,” Olivia said. “And I succeeded.” She explained that during her time on Love Island, and particularly in the later series, there was a noticeable increase in younger participants getting cosmetic procedures, such as lip injections and chin contouring. She observed that while these procedures may have made some appear older, the primary motivation for many was simply to enhance their looks rather than focusing on the aging effects.

Changing Her Approach to Surgery

Olivia Attwood has always been open about her history with cosmetic enhancements. She has had two breast augmentations, lip and eye surgeries, and multiple injections. In 2019, she also underwent chin liposuction and contouring, spending £2,500 on the procedure. However, she began reevaluating her cosmetic choices around that time, slowly changing her appearance by removing her upper lip fillers and opting for a breast reduction.

Reflecting on her journey, Attwood said, “Now I don’t have the same drive for bigger lips or a more sculpted chin. I’ve learned that the focus should be on looking like the best version of myself, not a ‘sex doll.'”

ADHD Diagnosis and Life Management

In the interview, Olivia also spoke candidly about her ADHD diagnosis, describing it as something that doesn’t define her but rather gives her a clearer understanding of how to manage her life. “It doesn’t really mean anything. I know there are things I’m not naturally good at,” she explained. Attwood shared that she overcompensates mentally to manage the disorder, including keeping her house organized and staying on top of tasks despite her tendency to lose things. The diagnosis, she said, helped her understand herself better and enabled her to adopt strategies to cope.

Marriage and Future Plans

In a heartfelt segment of the podcast, Olivia also discussed her marriage to Bradley Decker, revealing that she is deeply committed to making their relationship work. She acknowledged that she would “do anything” to preserve their bond but admitted she’s “not ready” to give up her life in order to start a family. “I don’t think I’ll ever find someone who loves me as much as Brad does. He’s so sweet,” she said.

Olivia also reflected on her current stage in life, feeling fulfilled with her career, financial independence, and personal growth. She mused on the realities of family life in her 30s, observing that some people have children early, while others reach their 30s with established careers and enjoy the freedom that comes with it. “I think people in their 30s are selfish and do whatever they want and have money,” she said, sharing that she’s content with where she is at the moment.

Despite her reluctance to make drastic changes, Attwood feels incredibly happy in her marriage and appreciates the love she and Brad share. “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life,” she added.

A Journey of Self-Acceptance

Olivia Attwood’s candid reflections on her cosmetic surgery journey, ADHD diagnosis, and marriage reveal a woman who is evolving both physically and emotionally. While her approach to beauty has transformed over the years, her focus now seems to be on achieving a balanced, authentic version of herself rather than chasing societal standards of beauty. As she continues to navigate her life with openness and self-awareness, Attwood’s story serves as a powerful reminder of the complexities of self-image and the importance of embracing change in all its forms.
