Tori Spelling, who was accused of having plastic surgery after being photographed looking like a changed person, credits makeup and skincare for her new, youthful look.
“First of all, I have an amazing makeup artist right now. Her name is Hayley Hough, and she contours like no one else,” Spelling, 48, said Thursday on SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live.”
“I look completely different,” she admitted. “I look like I had a nose job. It’s straighter now.”
The “Beverly Hills” actress then claimed, “It’s all about contouring.”
Spelling said her younger look may also be due to exosome therapy, which delivers RNA, DNA and proteins to other cells in the body to help reduce inflammation and rejuvenate.
“It could also be the exosomes because they say my skin looks flawless, so I might look younger,” Spelling said, adding, “They say I look Snooki’s age. She’s 33. I thought to myself, I’m OK with that.”

Lewis then chimed in, “I’m telling you, it’s the exosomes… it’s the fountain of youth.”
Her new look has drawn comparisons to Khloé Kardashian, and Spelling said she was honored to hear the news.
“She’s so beautiful,” Spelling told TMZ on Tuesday of the reality star.

While Spelling stressed that she has facial contouring surgery to thank for her dramatic transformation, two top plastic surgeons exclusively told Page Six that they believe she only had a nose job and injections in her cheeks, jawline, chin and lips.
Experts also speculate that the actress also had a brow lift as well as laser treatments to remove wrinkles.
In 2019, Spelling admitted to People magazine that she had a nose job and breast augmentation, but that was it.
“I really only had my nose and breasts done, that’s it. I keep seeing people saying I’ve had more,” she told the magazine at the time. “People have been talking about me having plastic surgery since I was 17.”

She added: “I remember my dad saying, ‘Don’t worry, it’ll be fine next week.’ But it’s been with me my whole career!”
