Jax Taylor Denies Nose Job Rumors Linked To Cocaine Use

by Alice

Jax Taylor is opening up about the real reason why he decided to get multiple nose jobs.

The 45-year-old Silicon Valley star has been open about his long-standing battle with addiction, and spoke on the Jax Taylor podcast, Inside the Man, about whether or not that had anything to do with his plastic surgery.

Taylor addressed the topic while answering a fan question: “Did you have to get so many nose jobs because of your cocaine use?”

“No, I don’t like my nose. I really don’t. I wanted to get a nose job years ago, but I couldn’t afford it,” Taylor said.

He noted that he and his family all have “the same nose” and said he took “this opportunity to get it done.”

While he did it the first time because he “wanted to do it,” the second time was out of necessity because he “hit a window” — a scene that was captured on Vanderpump Rules.

“You know, that was caught on video,” Taylor said. “We were going to Miami. I was in a rush and needed to buy a swimsuit and I ran into this store.”

“It was the G Star bar on Melrose Street and they had a glass door and my face went right into the window and my nose was broken and my flip-flops blew off and I was on the floor. It was really, really bad,” Taylor continued. “Then I had to fly to Miami with a bloody nose and a broken bone. That’s why I needed a second nose job. So, it was pretty bad.”

Earlier this month, Taylor opened up about his cocaine addiction on Bravo’s Hot Mic Podcast, declaring himself an “addict.”

“I had a drug problem – mainly cocaine. It’s hard to talk about. I’ve been using it on and off from the age of 23 to now, when I’m 45. Sometimes I’ll quit, but sometimes I’ll use it more,” he said.

Taylor said admitting that he “had an addiction and that I had a disease that I needed to spend the rest of my life over was a really big thing for me. Obviously, it was a huge relief.”

The Bravo star said he “didn’t necessarily think I had a problem with alcohol, but the two always went hand in hand. If I wasn’t drinking, I was using cocaine. So I just stopped both.”

Tyler previously checked into an inpatient psychiatric hospital in July 2024. Two months later, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
