Lily Allen has entered a new phase of her life in many ways, including her physical appearance.
During the March 20 episode of the Miss Me? podcast, the singer shared with co-host Miquita Oliver about her recent breast augmentation surgery. The procedure was done following Allen’s split from husband David Harbour after four years of marriage. (The exes announced their split last month.)
“I just had a couple new additions to my family,” Allen told People. “I don’t know if you guys noticed.” To that, Oliver said it was impossible to ignore the change in appearance because Allen “took your top off a month ago and showed me everything.” Oliver’s comment? “Absolutely incredible,” she said.
“Yeah, they look really great when I take my top off and my bra off, but there’s definitely an age contrast between my breasts and my face,” Allen responded, calling her face “40” but her breasts “18.”
Allen said she has been “buying fancy lingerie that fits my breasts” and “taking photos on my phone” since the surgery, though she admitted she “hasn’t sent them to anybody yet but hopefully one day will.”
“I mean, one of the things that happens to breasts after a few months is they go down and they go down. So they’re still high and they’re firm. And then when they go down and they go down, they become like normal breasts.”
“So I’m not in the third trimester yet,” Allen said. “I’m really looking forward to it. But I think it’s really interesting.” To which Oliver added: “Yeah, I think you’ll be in the third trimester in May. It’s like spring is coming and summer is coming.” (Ellen turned 40 in May.)
Allen also admitted that she may not be done with plastic surgery yet, as she said “probably a BBL next step,” referring, of course, to a Brazilian butt lift.
Allen and Harbour married in 2020 and separated in February of this year. “Her marriage had fallen apart and they had split up,” a source told Ellen People. According to The Independent, Ellen said on the podcast that she had been having a “terrible six months” and had gone to a treatment center for a few weeks, where she “had a lot of group therapy and individual therapy. I needed some time and space away from everything.”
“I can’t say I’m 100 percent right now or that I’ll ever be wrong,” Ellen told E! News, “but I’m definitely in a better place now than I was before.”
