Meghan Trainor opened up about her recent breast augmentation surgery on the red carpet at the 2025 Billboard Music Awards. The 31-year-old mother of two excitedly talked about how much she loves the results of her breast augmentation surgery. “I have the breasts I always dreamed of, and they are so beautiful,” Trainor told E! News. “I look so beautiful naked.”
She said she had “dreamed” of getting breast augmentation for more than a decade since breastfeeding took a toll on her body. She and husband Daryl Sabara have two sons, Riley and Barry. “I had two kids and squeezed all the fat out of my body, and then I lost a lot of weight, and my breasts were like, ‘We’re not boobs,'” she said in the interview. “I was like, ‘I’m going to get a couple of new ones,’ and that’s my dream.”
Trainor was initially unsure of the reaction, so she hesitated before going public with the surgery on social media. She said she received a lot of supportive comments after she posted the news of her surgery earlier this month.
In early March, Trainor shared this life update with her fans in a video on Instagram for implant company Motiva. “As you all know, I’m in a super busy phase of my life,” she said in the video. “I’ve been touring, working, and trying to take care of my kids. So recently, I decided to do something that was really personal to me.”
Trainor said she had never liked her breasts before the surgery. “These breast implants are the only ones in the world that have a smooth silk surface that is designed to minimize inflammation and keep the tissue around the implant soft,” the singer said in the video. “Honestly, they look and feel amazing.”
At the end of the video, she said she loved the result and joked that her breasts were “finally twin sisters instead of distant cousins.”
