Nikki Glaser has shared shocking old photos of herself after revealing her plans to undergo major plastic surgery.
The comedian took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a collage of photos of herself from a January 2009 appearance on “The Tonight Show” and her most recent appearance on Monday.
The photo was taken 16 years ago when Glaser was 24 and just starting out in the entertainment industry. Glaser is almost unrecognizable in the photos.
The now 40-year-old actress wore a black off-the-shoulder dress, a black sweater and black boots for her first appearance on The Late Late Show with then-host Jay Leno. She had a medium-length side-parted hairstyle.
Meanwhile, Glaser made an appearance on Monday night’s show with host Jimmy Fallon in a black suit. She had her long blonde hair parted in the middle.
The TV personality also switched up into a silver mini dress and stilettos.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show, Glaser told Fallon that she plans to get plastic surgery next year.
“Wait for the plastic surgery,” she quipped. “It’s coming. August 2026. I’m going to do it. I’m fine with it.”
“You have to do it subtly, so they ask, ‘What’s she doing?’ And you can say, ‘Just meditating more,’” Glaser continued.
“I’m doing that meditation that removes my eyelids.’ That’s what they’re saying, ‘I’m drinking more water. I’m working on my gut health, so my eyebrows have been lowered two inches,’” she added.
Glaser described the surgery as “a smart investment,” saying, “When you’re more welcoming, people treat you better. That’s just the way it is. That’s the sad reality of life.”
In December, Glaser also admitted that she had put off having a brow lift in order to host the 2025 Golden Globes.
