Former Big Brother Philippines celebrity co-edition guest Ivana Alawi has spoken out to dispel rumors that she is a “retokada.”
During an interview with Boy Abunda’s Fast Talk on Wednesday, April 9, the actress and vlogger finally addressed the long-standing speculation that she had plastic surgery.
“What is the worst fake news about Ivana,” Tito Boy asked on the Fast Talk show.
Ivana firmly replied, “Plastic surgery is over. You read it right. You definitely had plastic surgery.”
The content creator also opened up about her insecurities about her beauty.
“I think, na-hug ko kasi lahat ng insecurity ko, pero dati, ‘yung ilong ko po. Kaya nga sinasabi n’yo, retoke-retoke? Insecurity ko nga ‘to. Pero ‘yon po, insecurity ko po dati talaga is ilong,” she explained.
When asked if she would consider getting a nose job in the future, Ivana was quick to dismiss the idea.
“Hindi na. Bahala kayo. OK na ako, masaya na ako. Contour na lang ‘yan,” she replied.
The online star also addressed another popular misconception about her character.
“Malandi ako. Hindi ako malandi, nasa lugar ako,” she clarified with a smile.
Besides being a top content creator, Ivana recently made headlines for her celebrity guest appearance on the celebrity collaboration edition of Philippine Big Brother (PBB).
Inside the house, the actress and vlogger mesmerized housemates and viewers with her amazing kilig moments with Kapuso housemate Dustin Yu. She also promised to feature Dustin in her upcoming vlogs, which excited fans.
Outside of Philippine Big Brother (PBB), Ivana also teamed up with Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza for a fun-filled and adventurous vlog shot in Metro Manila.
