Tran, 27, has taken to social media to speak candidly about her experience with hair loss. On Wednesday, May 28, the former Bachelorette shared an Instagram photo from a doctor’s office, revealing her concern about thinning hair at the front of her scalp.
“Always being honest with you guys!!!” she wrote in the caption. “I’ve noticed my hair is thinning on my forehead and I want to try to stimulate growth there.”
Tran Explains PRP Injections to Followers
Tran shared that she is beginning platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections—a medical treatment that involves drawing a patient’s blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets, and then injecting it back into the targeted area to stimulate healing and cell growth.
“I learned a lot about PRP injections in school and read about the clinical trials,” she explained. “I’ll keep you posted on how I feel!!”
Stylish at the Doctor’s Office
Despite the medical setting, Tran kept her look polished and stylish. She wore a nude zip-up top with a stand-up collar, matching pants with white lining, and accessorized with delicate gold bracelets. She carried a black handbag with a gold chain and wore chocolate brown nail polish. Her brunette hair was styled in a half-up bun.
She also posted a video of herself lying in the treatment chair while receiving the PRP injections.
A History of Transparency About Cosmetic Enhancements
Tran has consistently been open about her cosmetic procedures. In June 2024, she shared on TikTok that she received her first lip filler injections.
“I’ve always wanted to get a little lip filler and just never got the chance,” she said in the video. “For me, I just want to enhance the natural beauty that I already have in my face. I don’t want to look too exaggerated.”
She added that her lips were still slightly swollen, but she liked the results. “They will go down. It does hurt a little,” she admitted.
Weekly Eyelash Extensions and Botox for Symmetry
In the same post, Tran revealed that she wears false eyelashes every week. “Transparency is always important,” she explained.
Earlier in January, she told Us Weekly that she had also tried Botox. The treatment helped balance her eyebrows and improve facial symmetry, she said.
Embracing Realness in the Spotlight
With her openness about both medical and cosmetic treatments, Tran continues to connect with her audience by sharing her personal beauty journey. Her message: celebrities face the same issues as everyone else.
