Josh Flagg, star of Million Dollar Los Angeles, has long been secretive about his plastic surgeries. However, during a recent interview on the Juicy Scoop podcast, the 38-year-old real estate agent shared details of his past procedures.
“I’ve done everything for over 20 years,” Flagg revealed to host Heather MacDonald, discussing his history with cosmetic enhancements.
When asked if he had undergone surgery to enhance his butt, Flagg responded openly, saying, “Actually, yes.” He explained how he used liposuction to remove fat, which was then re-injected into his buttocks. “That fat was really good, so I had them inject it into my butt,” Flagg added. He clarified that the decision wasn’t something he originally wanted. “They said, ‘You have two choices, either we throw it away or you use it somewhere else.’ I said, ‘Might as well put it somewhere else.'”
Flagg Reveals Multiple Nose Surgeries
In addition to the body enhancements, Flagg also discussed his extensive history with nose surgeries. He revealed that his first nose job at age 16 was to correct a deviated septum. Unfortunately, Flagg didn’t follow post-operative instructions, which led to an unsatisfactory outcome. “Like an idiot, I didn’t like what they put in my nose, and I couldn’t stand the feeling, so I pulled it out,” he explained, leading to a collapsed nose.
To fix the issue, Flagg underwent two additional surgeries. “I had to get another one. Waited about six months, and it still wasn’t perfect. So, I went back for a third one, and third time was lucky.”
Fellow Cast Members Share Their Own Experiences
Flagg isn’t the only Million Dollar Mansion cast member to open up about cosmetic procedures. His former co-star David Parnes also shared his rhinoplasty journey on a 2016 episode of Watch What Happens Live. Parnes had a second rhinoplasty due to scar tissue affecting his breathing, and interestingly, he chose Flagg’s surgeon for the job. “I said, ‘Josh Flagg, your nose looks amazing,'” Parnes recalled.
Heather Bilyeu Altman, wife of Million Dollar Mansion star Josh Altman, also spoke about her nose job in 2022. She revealed that she had the surgery two months before meeting her husband, while also denying rumors about her appearance.
Through these candid revelations, it’s clear that plastic surgery remains a common topic of conversation among the Million Dollar Mansion cast members, with each star sharing their personal journeys with enhancements and procedures.
